Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TyoHunt, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

TyoHunt is an AI-powered job matching platform that:

• Aggregates job listings from Finnish job boards
• Matches listings to your profile using AI
• Sends email alerts for new matching jobs
• Generates AI-assisted cover letters (Pro and Elite plans)
• Parses and analyzes uploaded CVs

We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Job listings are sourced from third parties and may not always be accurate or current.

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce our data or systems
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Use the AI features to generate misleading or fraudulent content

To keep TyoHunt sustainable and available to all users, paid plans are subject to a fair use policy. Usage that materially exceeds normal individual job-seeking patterns may be throttled or restricted.

• Personal use only: accounts are licensed to a single natural person. Reselling matches, exports or AI outputs is not permitted.
• Automated access: programmatic scraping of the dashboard, exports or any internal API endpoints is prohibited.
• AI feature usage: the daily CV analyses, cover-letter generations and exports allowed by your plan are intended for genuine job-seeking activity. Bulk generation, content farming or use by tools that resell the output is prohibited.
• Excessive load: we may temporarily rate-limit accounts whose request volume or pattern is materially abnormal, even within published quotas, to protect service availability for others.

We will contact you before taking action where reasonably possible. Repeated or serious breaches may result in suspension or termination under Section 10.

TyoHunt offers a free Starter tier and paid plans (Pro and Elite). Paid plans are billed weekly or monthly via Stripe.

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers; you may cancel before the change takes effect
• Failed payments may result in temporary downgrade to the Starter tier until payment succeeds

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have a statutory right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of the purchase, without giving any reason.

Express request to start service immediately. By starting to use any paid feature of TyoHunt (such as triggering matches that consume your paid quota, generating a cover letter, or downloading an export) during the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly request the service to begin immediately and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

Partial performance. If you exercise the right of withdrawal after the service has been partially performed, we may charge a proportionate amount corresponding to the part of the service already supplied up to the moment we are informed of your withdrawal.

How to withdraw. Send a clear statement of withdrawal to [email protected] stating your account email and the subscription you wish to withdraw from. We will confirm receipt without delay and refund the recoverable amount using the original payment method within 14 days.

This right does not apply to legal-entity (B2B) customers.

By uploading a CV or other documents, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You confirm that uploaded content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Cover letters and other AI-generated content are provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before using it. We make no guarantees about accuracy or suitability.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss caused by service unavailability.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Fair Use Policy, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TyoHunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland. Consumers resident in the EU may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence and may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
