Billing cycles

Weekly plans are billed every 7 days from the subscription start date. Monthly plans are billed every 30 days.

Free trial

The 7-day free trial is available on the Pro plan only, for new subscribers only. A payment method is required to start the trial but is not charged until it ends. If the trial is not cancelled before it ends, the user is charged the selected Pro billing rate.

Cancellation

Users may cancel at any time from account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time unless required by Finnish consumer law.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Billing errors must be reported within 7 days to [email protected].

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Price changes

TyoHunt reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days email notice to existing subscribers before any change affects their account.

Fair Use

Unlimited features are subject to the Fair Use Policy stated in our Terms of Service.

Currency and VAT

All prices are in Euros (EUR). VAT is included and calculated based on the user's billing address in accordance with EU VAT rules.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. TyoHunt does not store card details.

GDPR

By subscribing, the user agrees to the TyoHunt Privacy Policy. Billing data is processed under GDPR Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
