IOS and Android Engineers

Were looking for an iOS Engineer to help develop the features and functionality of the mobile app. More than two million users have downloaded and activated the app, so reliability, security and quality are central to our work. Role #1 Youll work in an agile, cross-functional team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, designers, backend developers and QA engineers. The iOS app is primarily built with Swift, with parts using RxSwift, SwiftUI and Combine. What youll do: - Develop and maintain high-quality features for the mobile app. - Contribute to architectural discussions and identify dependencies between systems. - Write clean, maintainable code and take part in code reviews. - Build and maintain unit, integration and automated tests. - Work closely with colleagues across disciplines to deliver a great user experience. Requirements: Role #1 - Experience developing mobile applications for iOS and a good understanding of the iOS SDK. - Strong Swift and UIKit skills, and knowledge of modern iOS development practices. - An understanding of software development best practices, including testing and writing high-quality code. - A willingness to build and maintain test automation. - Clear communication skills, a collaborative mindset and fluency in English. - The ability to work with complex integrations and adapt to new technologies and ways of working. Experience with RxSwift, SwiftUI, Combine and Xcode is beneficial. Additional experience thats a plus: VIPER architecture, cybersecurity, accessibility, Splunk, loyalty programmes or banking. Role #2 Were looking for an experienced Senior Android Engineer to take on the role of Lead Android Engineer for the mobile app. Youll help develop its features and functionality, while taking ownership of technical direction and supporting strong engineering practices across the team. More than 2.5 million users have downloaded and activated the app, making reliability and quality essential. Youll work in an agile team and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, designers, developers and QA engineers. What youll do: - Develop and maintain high-quality Android features for the mobile app. - Guide architectural and technical decisions, and plan code maintenance and refactoring. - Promote clean code, modern Android practices and testing, including unit, integration and UI tests. - Help establish effective processes and create clear technical documentation. - Take ownership of technical quality and share knowledge within the mobile competence community. Role #2 - Strong experience developing mobile applications for Android. - Strong Kotlin skills and experience with Jetpack Compose, RxJava, Dagger2 and custom UI. - Knowledge of modern Android development practices, architecture and test-driven development. - The ability to drive technical decisions, apply good engineering practices and take ownership. - Experience with Google Play Services. - Good communication skills in English and an active, collaborative approach to knowledge sharing. Additional experience thats a plus: Previous technical leadership, mobile accessibility, test automation, Android CI/CD or other DevOps experience, information security, AWS, Java or Swift.
