Matrix42 Consultants We are looking for Matrix42 professionals with varying levels of experience to join us in an upcoming IT Service Management (ITSM) and HR Service Delivery transformation project. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of Matrix42 Professional, helping our client modernize IT service management and HR service delivery processes. You will work on solution design, configuration and implementation, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet the client's needs. The role offers an opportunity to apply your Matrix42 expertise in a significant enterprise transformation initiative. The location of this role is Helsinki. What we expect from you • Hands-on experience in Matrix42 Professional implementations, particularly in ITSM and/or HR Service Delivery, preferably with expertise in solution architecture, workflow design, and integrations • Practical experience in configuring and implementing Matrix42 solutions • Understanding of IT service management and/or HR service delivery processes • Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions • Good problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills • Willingness and ability to effectively leverage AI tools and technologies as relevant to the role • Fluent Finnish and English We offer you We know that success depends on people and culture, not forgetting about providing you with the tools, support and resources to grow.
