In this role, you will coordinate and execute defined NPI and transfer-to-production projects, taking ownership of the manufacturing readiness activities needed to move a product from development into production. This includes working closely with engineering teams to understand product requirements, identifying manufacturing needs and risks, coordinating the introduction of new processes, equipment and materials, and ensuring that the required manufacturing documentation and product data are in place. A key part of the role is also developing how we work. We are looking for someone who can identify gaps in our current manufacturing transfer processes, bring structure to them, and help create more consistent and efficient ways of transferring products from development into production. Experience in NPI, manufacturing, production or product development. Good understanding of manufacturing processes, manufacturability and product structures. Experience with ERP/PDM systems; SAP is a strong advantage. Experience with engineering changes, technical projects and manufacturing risk management (PFMEA). Knowledge of ISO 9001/13485 and process validation is an advantage. Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities. Good communication and collaboration skills in English and Finnish What we offer An opportunity to be part of international working environment with a committed, skilled, and motivated team Flat hierarchies Individual training and development opportunities An attractive compensation package including participation in our Bonus Plan Location-specific benefits, such as health insurance, an annual fitness or culture voucher, and a company mobile phone Gym available at the workplace Next Steps If you're interested and your background aligns with this role, our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to you.
