Domain Architect, Data, AI & Integrations

We are looking for an experienced Domain Architect, Data, AI & Integrations to join our Enterprise Architecture team. In this strategic role, you will define and guide the future architecture of our data, analytics, artificial intelligence, master data management, API, and integration capabilities, ensuring they enable business growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation. As a Domain Architect, you will focus on long-term architecture vision, target-state design, governance, and roadmaps rather than individual project delivery. You will work closely with business leaders, product teams, architects, and technology specialists to ensure that enterprise capabilities evolve in a consistent, scalable, and business-driven manner. The position can be based at our Helsinki or Nokia office. What You Will Do - Develop and drive domain architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy and enterprise architecture objectives. - Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance for data, AI, APIs, and integrations. - Develop and maintain architectural artefacts, like conceptual data models, integration diagrams and data flow diagrams. - Guide the evolution of modern data platforms, analytics capabilities, master data management and AI solutions. - Lead the development of integration strategies, API standards, and event-driven architecture patterns. - Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into architecture initiatives and capability improvements. - Support technology investment decisions and platform selection from an architectural perspective. - Review solution designs and provide guidance to ensure alignment with enterprise and domain architecture standards. - Identify and mitigate architectural risks, technical debt, and technology complexity - Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for business value creation. What We Are Looking For - Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or a similar architecture role. - Deep understanding in some of the areas: data platforms, analytics, master data management, AI, integration architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies. - Experience developing target architectures, architecture roadmaps, and technology strategies. - Experience participating in large digital transformations, like data platform modernizations or ERP implementations in architect role. - Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methods such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or capability-based planning. - Ability to engage both business and technology stakeholders and communicate complex topics clearly. - Strong strategic thinking and the ability to balance immediate business needs with long-term architectural goals. - Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or other complex business environments is considered an advantage. - Experience in related technologies, like Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Oracle SOA, Oracle Service Bus, SQL Server and Ellie.ai, is considered an advantage.
