Senior Automation Engineer

We're looking for a new role a solution and result oriented Senior Automation Engineer to strengthen our R&D and offering team in Helsinki. Your role will involve developing and maintaining Temet´s automation solutions and taking part in testing, commissioning and training partners to Temet products and systems in Finland and globally. You will play a key role in implementing our growth strategy by promoting innovation and ensuring that we develop highly competitive products and test and install them in accordance with our quality, delivery time and cost targets. Your key responsibilities Automation products and system development, testing and validation Products and system FAT supervising and commissioning activities Participation in field activities and customer trainings Reporting & documentation of tests and services Collaboration with project team members Requirements M.Sc. or B.Sc. in automation or electrical engineering 5 years of hands-on experience in development, service, testing or commissioning activities at machinery or building industry Great communication skills and customer orientated attitude Capability to manage multiple project phases and stakeholders Some traveling abroad is required Fluent English and a good level of Finnish Experience of life saving or critical infrastructure business would be an advantage.
