Field Fundraiser / Sales Representative

About Frontline Promotions Oy We are a Finnish fundraising and field marketing agency focused on ethical, face-to-face donor acquisition for leading non-governmental organizations (NGOs). About the Role We are looking for full-time, on-site Field Sales Representatives / Fundraisers based in the capital region. You will engage directly with members of the public, inspire people with NGO campaigns, and secure recurring donor commitments. Key Responsibilities: Approach and inform members of the public in face-to-face settings Present campaigns clearly, handle questions, and overcome objections professionally Accurately record donor registrations in accordance with privacy guidelines What We Are Looking For: Dependable, proactive, and energized by direct interaction Access to a personal car Fluent in English or Finnish Resident in the Helsinki, Vantaa, or Espoo area Valid work permit / authorization to work in Finland
