Account Executive - EPM | Finland

An established software provider is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth across Finland. This role focuses on winning new customers within the Office of the CFO, engaging senior finance leaders and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature. The successful candidate will take ownership of a defined territory, developing relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers and FP&A leaders. The position offers the opportunity to sell a portfolio of finance transformation solutions covering financial consolidation, planning, forecasting and financial close. Key responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and market engagement. Build relationships with senior finance decision-makers. Lead consultative sales conversations and identify business challenges. Manage complex sales cycles from qualification to negotiation and close. Work closely with marketing, presales and business development teams to drive success. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and territory plans. Requirements: Proven success in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales. Strong experience in new logo acquisition and pipeline generation. Ability to engage confidently with senior finance stakeholders. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes. Commercially minded, proactive and results-driven approach. Fluent Finnish and English language skills. Experience selling finance technology, ERP, EPM, CPM, FP&A, consolidation or close management solutions is advantageous.
