Applicants should hold a BSc or MSc in metallurgy, mineral processing, mining or a related field and have strong flotation, process diagnostics and commercial opportunity development experience, with willingness to travel and availability in Perth, Brisbane, Santiago, Montreal or Espoo. We are looking for an experienced flotation professional who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for solving customer challenges and creating measurable business value. In this role, you will help mining customers unlock the full potential of their existing operations by identifying performance improvement opportunities and converting technical concepts into executable business projects.
