Job Description
Solution Architect – AI-Native Business Solutions Design how people, agents and business systems work together. We are looking for an architect who can connect business goals, the implementation of agentic solutions, and the requirements of production use. An AI-native solution does not simply mean adding a chatbot on top of an existing process. It means redesigning the workflow: the right context is preserved, the agent prepares and acts within agreed boundaries, and people remain responsible for decisions. What will you get to work on? Together with the customer, you define the desired change, identify the first valuable workflow and determine how value, quality, and risks will be assessed. You design the end-to-end solution, from user interfaces and agent orchestration to runtime environments, reusable tools, context services and backend systems. You determine where the customer’s shared context, decisions and work state reside. You design how data provenance, freshness, access rights, and lifecycle are managed, while CRM and other core applications remain the systems of record. You make well-founded choices between ready-made agents, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, GitHub cloud agents and custom development. You make use of API and MCP interfaces without introducing unnecessary complexity. You design the governance model for agents, including ownership, identities, least-privilege access, human approvals, technically enforced guardrails and traceability. You participate in prototyping and implementation. Together with developers and the customer, you define production-readiness criteria, monitoring, recovery and cost management. What do we expect from you? Experience in the architecture of business-critical solutions, integrations, and cloud services, as well as the ability to take designs all the way to implementation. Hands-on experience with agentic or generative AI solutions and an understanding of their evaluation, limitations, and security. The ability to communicate with business stakeholders, developers and security professionals, and to justify architectural choices in terms of value, risk, maintainability and cost. A proactive and collaborative way of working, as well as fluency in Finnish and English. What kind of expertise will help you succeed? Microsoft environments are central to our work. We value experience with technologies such as Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365, as well as an understanding of the roles of Entra, Agent 365, Purview, and Defender. Deep expertise across all of these products is not required. What matters is the ability to identify the necessary controls and ensure they work effectively in the chosen implementation. What does AI-native work mean in this role? You challenge the existing workflow, not just its technical implementation. For example, in customer or project work, an agent may bring together context from approved sources, prepare decisions, and propose system updates. The agentic workflows you design may also support the transformation of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements and implementation to testing, release, and continuous improvement. You design what the agent is allowed to do, when a human makes the decision, and what criteria must be met before its use can be expanded. You also use AI-assisted development tools in design, prototyping, and implementation assessment. Responsibility for the architecture does not shift to the model: operational boundaries are implemented in software, and critical controls are not left to prompts alone. What does this role offer you? You will have the opportunity to influence both the customer’s future operating model and its technical foundation. The role is well suited to an architect who wants to stay close to implementation and see how design decisions work in real-world use, from the first limited experiment to controlled production deployment. Why Twoday? We combine the agility of customer-focused teams with the support of a broad expert community. You will work alongside specialists in business applications, software development, data, AI, and cloud platforms. We share what we learn and build solutions together, so you do not need to know everything on your own. You will receive support for your professional development through training, community learning events, conferences, and online learning environments. Our benefits include lunch and recreational benefits, as well as comprehensive occupational healthcare including mental wellbeing support services. We offer flexible remote working opportunities and the possibility to influence your choice of work equipment. Our community is built through approachable colleagues, office breakfasts, hobby clubs, and shared activities. Interested? Apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV. A separate cover letter is optional; please answer the screening questions on the application form. Tell us about one solution where you brought together a business objective, architecture, and the requirements of production use. Please note that we can only proceed with applicants who have a valid right to work in Finland.
