We are looking for a TIG Welders for our client, Stera Technologies Oy, for a permanent full-time position in Tammela. In this role, you will work with the manufacturing of high-quality metal products as part of an experienced and professional team. The position involves TIG welding of various materials, including aluminium, stainless steel, carbon steel, and acid-resistant stainless steel. You will also have the opportunity to work with laser welding. The work is currently carried out in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday. To succeed in this role, you have: • Previous experience in TIG welding • Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions • A precise, careful, and quality-oriented approach to work • Strong manual skills and a steady hand for welding tasks • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • A proactive attitude and willingness to develop your skills We appreciate: • Experience in aluminium welding • Experience in welding stainless and acid-resistant steels • Experience with laser welding • Vocational education in metalwork or a related technical field • Valid welding certifications We are looking for welders who are committed to producing high-quality results.
