What kind of opportunities may be available? The scope and responsibilities will depend on the project as well as your experience and expertise. Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include: supporting the design, delivery and technical implementation of data center electrical systems working with MV and LV systems, transformers, switchgear, UPS systems or backup power solutions reviewing electrical designs, drawings and other technical documentation supporting the testing and commissioning of electrical systems identifying and resolving technical issues collaborating with project teams, contractors, equipment suppliers and other technical specialists. Your background may be in electrical, energy or automation engineering . Depending on the role and level of responsibility, we value: relevant technical education or equivalent practical experience experience with electrical systems, electrical design, technical projects, commissioning or critical infrastructure an understanding of areas such as MV and LV systems, power distribution, transformers, switchgear, UPS systems or backup power the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, designs and other technical documentation a systematic approach to work with a strong focus on safety good collaboration and problem-solving skills readiness to work in an international project environment. Previous data center experience is valuable, but it is not required for all future opportunities. Experience from areas such as energy, power grids, industry, power generation or other technically demanding and critical environments can also provide an excellent foundation for working on data center projects. You may be at the beginning of your career or have extensive experience in designing, delivering or leading complex electrical systems and projects.
