Our client in manufacturing is seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead the organizational change management and enablement activities in a large-scale international transformation program. The assignment focuses on ensuring organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, effective communication, training, and successful adoption of new processes and tools across functions, Business Areas, and countries. The role requires close collaboration with business and functional leadership, project teams, implementation partners, and key user networks. The main focus will be on: Owning and driving the organizational change management and enablement strategy and plan for the project Conducting change impact, stakeholder, and organizational readiness assessments and translating findings into targeted actions Developing and executing stakeholder engagement and sponsorship strategies across Procurement, IT, Business Areas, and other key stakeholder groups Partnering with business and functional leaders to define and communicate the expected benefits of the transformation and support benefit realization Designing and delivering communication plans and materials for audiences ranging from senior leadership to end users Working closely with Global Process Owners to ensure change and training content reflects the designed future processes Monitoring organizational readiness, adoption, utilization, and resistance and reporting status and risks to the project leadership Planning and supporting hypercare and post-go-live activities to ensure sustained adoption The ideal candidate has: Strong experience in leading organizational change management and enablement in large-scale international transformation programs Proven experience in change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, and change communications Strong experience in designing and delivering training and enablement programs Experience in driving and measuring adoption, readiness, and benefit realization Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Experience from global process, procurement, ERP, or enterprise transformation environments is considered an advantage Allocation: 100% Start date: asap End date: open Location: hybrid or remote Interested?
