Role Description This is a full-time, onsite/hybrid role for a Full Stack Developer located in Helsinki. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web- and game-based applications. The role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust software solutions. Additional tasks include ensuring application performance, troubleshooting, and participating in code reviews to maintain quality standards. Qualifications Experience in Front-End Development including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, with familiarity in server-side languages and frameworks Expertise in Full-Stack Development, with the ability to work seamlessly across both front-end and back-end systems Strong foundation in Software Development principles and practices Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Experience in aviation or educational technology is a plus What you’ll do Build React UI flows and reusable components on Vite + Tailwind Design and implement NestJS APIs Develop features into a 2D/3D simulation platform Improve reliability with tests (Jest/Playwright) and monitoring (Sentry) What we’re looking for Strong TypeScript across frontend and backend Experience with React, Node.js/NestJS, and SQL/Prisma Comfort with Docker and Kubernetes Product mindset and collaborative delivery Ability to work in a global team Location Company is based in Helsinki. Remote work is possible, but regular presence in Helsinki / Southern Finland will be required. Term Permanent, with probation period.
