Role : ServiceNow Developer
Location : Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid 1 day onsite/month) Client : Infosys Employment Contract Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.
Configure and customize ITSM modules including:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Service Request Management
Service Catalog
Knowledge Management
Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.
Build and support integrations using:
REST APIs
SOAP Web Services
Integration Hub
MID Server
Develop reusable components and custom applications.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Skills
Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development with Implementation for Telecom client Hands-on experience with ITSM implementation and customization.
Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Exposure to Service Portal and Flow Designer.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
