YOUR TASKS You'll work as a Production Worker at Vaisala's instrument factory in Vantaa, assembling precision measurement devices as part of a two-shift team. Assembling instrument components carefully and accurately according to work instructions Inspecting your work to ensure quality standards are met Keeping your workstation clean and well-organized Handling light lifting, standing, and other physically active tasks as part of your daily routine Reporting any deviations or quality issues to your supervisor REQUIREMENTS Good command of English (working language in the role) Willingness to do physically active work, including standing, bending, and light lifting Good attitude, flexibility, and a genuine interest in learning Readiness to work two-shift hours (6:00–22:00) NICE TO HAVE Previous experience in production, assembly, or other hands-on work Experience in tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision Vocational qualification in electronics installation or a related field Finnish language skills Willingness to work night shifts if needed in the future Chosen candidates will be employed by Barona Teollisuus Oy for fixed-term contract till 31.12.2026.
