We are looking for you, Manager, Partnerships to our RP Partnerships department in Espoo, Finland . You will focus on supporting the development and execution of strategic partnerships, commercial alliances and joint ventures (JVs) to drive capital-efficient, mid-term growth for our Renewable Products business. In this job you will work closely with our Vice President, Partnerships business stakeholders, and a wider network of cross-functional teams (such as Sales & Trading, Feedstock Sourcing & Trading, Refining, Product & Supply Chain Management, M&A, Legal). This is a full-time, permanent position. More about the job Your role in our team As the Manager, Partnerships, RP you will be the analytical powerhouse of the RP Partnerships team and work closely with the VP, Partnerships. Your role combines rigorous quantitative and qualitative business analysis with transaction pipeline management. Your key accountabilities include: Detailed opportunity assessments: Support the RP Partnerships team in detailed opportunities assessments. Evaluate prospective strategic partnerships, such as renewable products offtake arrangements and joint venture capacity expansions. Rigorous financial & business case analysis: Deliver rigorous market and business case analyses to support transaction logic, execution, evaluate value-creation drivers and structure data-driven models to support complex deal-making. Project planning & management: Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources for partnership evaluations in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders. Lead project planning, execution, and progress monitoring to ensure high-quality and timely transaction preparations. Stakeholder orchestration & facilitation: Facilitate workshops, development sprints, and stakeholder alignment sessions to drive consensus across business units and common functions to secure seamless execution. Pipeline management: Responsible for managing and maintaining the partnership opportunity pipeline, ensuring that commercial, production-focused, and feedstock opportunities are systematically tracked and updated.
