About the role As a Junior Compliance Manager, you will support the R&D, sales, and quality teams in navigating standards and certification requirements. In this role, you will hold the authority to halt production if compliance standards are not met, ensuring our products maintain the highest safety levels. You are offered - Supportive environment where you will receive close mentorship from senior experts to grow your compliance career - Lunch benefit - Broad health benefit Work tasks A versatile role focused on maintaining compliance knowledge, coordinating official testing, managing documentation, and supporting product development teams to meet regulatory standards. - Interpret compliance requirements and support engineering in applying them to R&D projects. - Plan, order, and document official tests with testing and certification bodies. - Prepare reports, certification documents, and maintain product compliance databases. - Review and approve change notices, product documentation, user manuals, and product labels. - Archive certificates and maintain Ex and PPE certification records in PDM and Intra. - Audit and approve Ex and PPE critical suppliers and sub-contractors. - Review product-related regulations and standards annually, including Declarations of Conformity. We are looking for - Appropriate technical, legal, or other relevant academic background. - Basic knowledge of EU regulations, standards, and product approvals. - Strong quality mindset and advanced documentation skills. - Analytical, systematic, and proactive approach to teamwork. - Excellent written and spoken English. It is meritorious if you have - Fluent Finnish language skills. - Knowledge of US regulations, EMC, or ATEX standards. - Experience or studies in Corporate Law. - Experience with internal and external auditing.
