Work tasks As an HR Systems & Integration Specialist you work in a technical and hands-on role focused on managing, developing, and configuring the HR technology landscape, ensuring seamless system integrations and data flows across the organization. Own and develop the HR technology landscape, including architecture, integrations, workflows, and data flows. Ensure systems are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business and technology strategies. Manage application lifecycle activities, including updates, testing, deployments, and operational reliability. Translate HR and business requirements into effective technical solutions. Drive data quality, integration governance, and compliance with security standards. Coordinate with vendors, developers, infrastructure, and security teams. Maintain technical documentation and architectural transparency. We are looking for Degree in IT, HR systems, or a related field. Several years of experience in HR systems, solution management, or application architecture. Strong understanding of integrations, data flows, workflows, and enterprise application landscapes. Experience with HR platforms such as Workday is a plus. Proven ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Professional fluency in both English and Finnish.
