Job Description
Making life accessible iLOQ is an international company headquartered in Finland that offers intelligent locking systems and total access management solutions. We guarantee safe access to buildings and facilities. Our mission is to make everyday life easier with a diverse range of safe and sustainable products for individual buildings and large real estate complexes. We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in building the engine behind our commercial organization ensuring it empowers our sales organization to focus on what they do best: selling. You’ll play a critical role in optimizing CRM, enabling AI-driven insights, and integrating and building with tools that streamline workflows and reduce administrative tasks (such as Clay). You’ll also help optimize our data analytics and PowerBi reporting, support sales incentive execution, and help execute iLOQ’s pricing strategy. The location for the job is Espoo, Finland. This is a hands-on role. You will spend your time configuring and developing our revenue tools with our Revenue- and Marketing Operations Managers, who set direction and priorities while you own the build. You will act as the first line of contact for CRM-related questions, troubleshooting, and user support. In this role you will report to our Head of Channel and Commercial Development Kristian Koskimies. We are in the middle of a genuine modernisation: moving a sales organisation that has used technology lightly towards one that runs on good data, well-designed processes and AI tools that people actually use. There is a lot to build, and a lot of freedom in how to build it. What you'll do Develop and configure our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) day to day, together with our implementation partner: specify, build, test and release changes. Keep the CRM ecosystem, its integrations and our sales data in good shape and act as the first line of contact Build and maintain our sales reporting in Power BI, and grow into full ownership of our reporting and data platform. Generate our price lists and make sure they are delivered on time, every cycle. Run incentive simulations and take technical ownership of our sales commission tool. Configure and pilot AI tools for the commercial organisation and tell us honestly what works and what does not. Provide first-line CRM support to colleagues across our countries, and write the training material that makes the same question unnecessary next time. Support our marketing operations colleagues with data and dashboards. By the end of your first year, we would like you to have taken full ownership of our sales reporting and data platform, to have contributed to the integration and development of multiple revenue and marketing enhancing systems, to have our price lists running reliably and on time, to hold technical ownership of the commission tool, and to have established smooth first-line CRM support with training materials in place. What you'll bring Master’s student or recent graduate from IEM / Information Networks / ISM (able to work full time) with the following qualities: Excellent communication skills who’s able to turn complex data into compelling business narratives. Excellent English language skill is mandatory. Experience in revenue operations, pricing support, or commercial analytics is considered a plus, but most importantly, we are looking for a person with a hunger to learn and develop themselves. iLOQ is a growth company where we don’t just want to find a person to fill a current role, but someone who has the potential to grow inside the company. Excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint is mandatory, PowerBI considered a plus. Curiosity about AI and automation tooling, and the judgement to tell a useful tool from a demo. A service mindset: patience for first-line support, and the ability to explain a system to a colleague who does not think in data models. What you'll get In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with Finland’s awarded best brand 2025. We offer you a workplace within a collaborative and forward-thinking company culture. You will work in a fast-paced international team, where you will have the opportunity to shape commercial operations within a growing company. You will be given a true opportunity to grow and develop as far as you proactively desire. We will take care of you by providing excellent onboarding experience with friendly, helpful, and passionate colleagues. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued and all employees are treated with respect. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply and join us in promoting an inclusive and diverse workplace. Are you the person we are looking for?
