Store Design & Development Coordinator

**MikuMiku Oy is looking for a Store Design & Development Coordinator** to support the development and expansion of our retail locations in Finland. The role involves store layout and interior planning, coordination of renovation and retail fit-out projects, project cost estimation and budgeting, material assessment, communication with contractors and suppliers, and supporting new store development projects from planning through implementation. **Requirements** - Relevant educational or professional background in cost engineering, quantity surveying, construction management, interior/store development, or a related field - Knowledge of construction cost estimation and project budgeting - Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation - Ability to coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders - Good organisational and project coordination skills - Good working proficiency in English - Previous experience in store design, fit-out, or development projects for character/IP, lifestyle, collectible toy, or specialty retail brands, such as POP MART, MINISO, Sanrio, or similar retail concepts, is considered a strong advantage. **MikuMiku is a growing Asian lifestyle retail and experience company in Finland, combining curated retail concepts with interactive photo booth experiences.** We believe physical retail is increasingly about more than products — it is about creating memorable spaces where customers can discover, interact, and connect.
