Project Scheduler

CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy is looking for **Project Schedulers** for our client's industrial project in the Oulu region, Finland. As a Project Scheduler, you will work as part of the project organization and be responsible for preparing, maintaining and monitoring project schedules. You will work closely with project management, site teams and other project parties to ensure that schedule information is up to date and that project progress can be effectively monitored and reported. **Your responsibilities include** - preparing, maintaining and updating project schedules - monitoring project progress against the agreed schedule - tracking key milestones, dependencies and critical paths - identifying schedule deviations, delays and potential risks - preparing schedule forecasts and progress reports - collecting and coordinating schedule information from different project parties - supporting the follow-up of work progress and upcoming activities - reporting schedule status and relevant changes to the project organization - working closely with project management, site teams and other project stakeholders **We are looking for** - previous experience in similar scheduling roles in industrial or construction projects - experience with Primavera P6 - good understanding of project scheduling, dependencies and progress monitoring - ability to analyze schedules and identify deviations and potential delays - good IT and reporting skills - good command of English - a valid right to work in Finland Accommodation and project-related travel can be arranged by CMS as agreed. **Applicants must have valid rights to work in Finland.** **Location:** Oulu, Finland **Start:** 10/2026 & 01/2027 **Estimated duration:** approximately 2 years CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy provides experienced professionals for industrial construction and investment projects in Finland and internationally.
