We are looking for a Manager, Procurement & Logistics with a main responsibility in leading Energy Services Upgrades procurement & logistics team. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland. We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work. Your role and responsibilities As a Manager, Procurement & Logistics your work will include leading people in different locations and ensuring that procurement & logistics activities are executed in high level for Energy Services Upgrades projects. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of Energy Service Upgrades organization and with Procurement & Logistics team with diverse expertise. Responsibilities Leading and developing the Procurement & Logistics team and ensuring a high-performing and service-oriented organisation. Supporting Energy Services project teams with procurement, logistics, invoicing, and administrative activities. Driving continuous improvement initiatives within procurement, logistics, and project support processes. Ensuring efficient material and logistics flows for global upgrade projects. Supporting business stakeholders in procurement and logistics related escalations. Managing and developing supplier and logistics service provider relationships. Monitoring and improving supplier delivery performance, material availability, and logistics execution. Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar. Previous leadership experience with responsibility for people management and team development. Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, supply chain, or project delivery processes. Experience from global project business and stakeholder management. Experience in supplier management and service provider collaboration. Strong communication and influencing skills. Ability to drive change and continuous improvement activities. Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach. Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of international trade, customs processes, VAT, Incoterms, and regulatory compliance is considered an advantage.
