Tiivistelmä työpaikkailmoituksesta: Lead/Senior Engineer, Electrical at Neste in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, will execute, lead and coordinate electrical engineering design activities for refinery industrial projects in multidisciplinary teams. You will prepare and check electrical engineering and procurement documents, produce technical documentation and cost estimates, monitor partner engineering companies and participate in project meetings to follow up engineering progress. The role requires an M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, several years of experience in industrial electrification (power distribution, substations, electric heat tracing and low-voltage systems), proficiency in English and a safety-oriented mindset, with Finnish skills considered an advantage. We are looking for you, Lead/Senior Engineer, Electrical to our Engineering, Electrical team in Porvoo. You will focus on Electrical Engineering activities in the industrial projects in the refinery environment. In your work you will execute, lead, coordinate and perform Electrical Engineering design activities in multidiscipline projects. In this job you will also work closely with designers from other disciplines, project management and coordination organisation and operation&maintenance teams from the refinery. Our team is part of the Investment Project Execution and Governance (IPEG) organisation. In our team, you will work on multiple projects and make sure that requirements of the design are met. More about the job Your role in our team Prepare and check electrical engineering and procurement documents, procedures and specifications Participate in project meetings to report and follow-up engineering progress Produce technical documentation and cost estimates for Electrical Engineering Control and monitor the work of our partner engineering companies in your projects Cooperate with own and other engineering disciplines and projects to achieve the project targets Take part in developing our procedures, instructions and design tools. Keys to success in this role Degree in Electrical Engineering (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) Several years of experience in the field of industrial electrification or similar from the areas such as process/field electrification, electric heat tracing, power distribution and substations and low voltage systems like fire alarm systems, communication systems etc. Proficiency in English; Finnish language skills are considered an advantage Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset Knowledge of national and international standards of electrical engineering.
