Do you know how infrastructure projects really work? Perhaps you've worked with roads, rail, utilities, surveying, machine control, BIM, GIS, digital construction or civil engineering. Maybe you're already working in a commercial role—or perhaps you're the person customers trust because you understand both the technical and business side of infrastructure. At Dalux, we're looking for someone to lead the growth of our Infrastructure business in Finland. This is an opportunity to become the driving force behind InfraField - Dalux in Finland—opening new doors, developing long-term customer relationships and helping contractors, consultants and project owners digitise the way they deliver infrastructure projects. You'll have the freedom to shape the market, influence our strategy and become the go-to expert for Dalux InfraField in Finland, working alongside our local teams in Helsinki, Tampere, Oulu and Turku. Your Role As our Sales Executive for Infrastructure, you'll take ownership of developing the Finnish infrastructure market. You'll work closely with contractors, project owners, consultants and engineering companies to understand their workflows and demonstrate how Dalux InfraField creates value throughout the entire project lifecycle—from planning and construction through documentation and handover. Dalux InfraField connects BIM, GIS and field execution in one intuitive platform, making it easier for project teams to collaborate, document progress and deliver infrastructure projects with higher quality. Rather than replacing existing tools, Dalux brings project information together in a way that is simple enough for everyone on site to use. What You'll Be Doing Develop new business opportunities across Finland's infrastructure sector Introduce Dalux InfraField to new customers and expand existing customer relationships Build trusted relationships with decision-makers as well as project teams on site Lead the entire sales process—from first conversation through demonstrations, negotiations and closing Work closely with Customer Success to ensure customers achieve long-term value Represent Dalux at customer meetings, industry events and conferences Help shape Dalux's infrastructure strategy in Finland by sharing market insights and customer feedback We're looking for someone who speaks the language of infrastructure. You don't necessarily need years of SaaS sales experience. What matters most is that you understand how infrastructure projects are delivered and enjoy helping customers solve complex operational challenges. You'll likely succeed if you have You may come from Infrastructure or civil engineering, Construction technology, BIM or VDC, Machine control, Surveying or geospatial solutions, GIS, Digital construction, Technical sales or business development within the infrastructure industry. A strong network or understanding of the Finnish infrastructure market Experience working with contractors, consultants or project owners The confidence to engage both senior decision-makers and technical project teams A proactive mindset and the drive to develop a new market Fluency in Finnish and English Why join us?
