Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook traditional Bangladeshi dishes to a high standard. - Plan menus and ensure consistent food quality. - Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with Finnish regulations. - Manage kitchen operations efficiently and work collaboratively with the team. - Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies when required. Requirements - Proven experience as a chef specializing in Bangladeshi cuisine. - Strong knowledge of traditional Bangladeshi recipes, spices, and cooking techniques. - Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. - Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and quality. - Good teamwork and communication skills.
