Senior RF Design Engineer

Radientum is a fast-growing Finnish engineering company specialising in RF, antenna and EMC design and testing. We help customers around the world get their wireless products to perform and to market — from early concept and simulation through prototype measurements to production-ready designs. Wireless performance matters — and it is what our team is built around. We are now looking for an experienced Senior RF Design Engineer to join our team. The role As an Senior RF Design Engineer at Radientum, you work as a technical expert: you consult our customers directly and lead internal projects on schematic- and layout-related questions. You will be involved in a wide range of customer projects across industries, with the support of our RF and antenna specialists whenever a design challenge calls for a second pair of eyes. What you will do •   RF design in customer projects as well as in our own internal product development •   Measure and verify RF parameters in our own laboratory •   Create and maintain technical documentation and measurement reports •   Develop and maintain our RF related test lab capabilities •   Select components and handle purchasing for your designs •   Communicate with component suppliers, customers and other stakeholders, like PCBA mfg. •   Support our sales and project teams with technical scoping and feasibility assessments What we expect from you • 5+ years of experience in RF development , with a proven track record of delivering design tasks • 5+ years of experience in designing and testing RF hardware — schematics, layout review and lab verification •   Hands-on experience with relevant tools such as CST, Altium, ADS, QUCS Studio or equivalent •   Ability to work independently as well as in a team, and to take ownership of your projects •   A positive, proactive and results-oriented attitude, and a willingness to keep learning • Fluent written and spoken English ; other language skills are a plus •   Eligibility to work in Finland Considered an advantage •   Experience with EM simulation tools (e.g. CST or HFSS ) or antenna design •   Familiarity with OTA measurements, anechoic chamber work or EMC pre-compliance testing •   Knowledge of common wireless technologies — cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, UWB or LPWAN •   Experience working directly with customers in a consulting or project-lead role •   Finnish language skills What we offer •   An independent and challenging role in a fast-growing company, with real influence on how we work •   The support of our Team, antenna and EMC experts, and involvement in genuinely interesting projects •   The opportunity to work with customers around the world •   A modern RF laboratory and the tools you need to do the job properly •   Flexible working hours and the possibility of hybrid work •   A relaxed and friendly working environment at our Espoo or Tampere office •   Competitive salary based on your experience and skills How to apply Apply directly via LinkedIn .
