Key Account Manager – Power & Grid

We are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (Power & Grid) to join our team in Finland. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our mission to accelerate the green transition, accelerate electrification & digitization of the Finland grids, with a specific focus on Grid automation, smart grids, SF6 free transition & Renewables solutions. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, driving sales, and contributing to the success of Schneider Electric's sustainable energy initiatives. What you'll be doing: MV Product and solution sales to key customers – both existing and potential new customers Describe and advise on electrical power architecture Prepare and negotiate on tenders (supported by a team of tendering specialists) Customer relationship management at all levels Collect and process market information Reach your targeted budget Key account management of our top Utilities in Finland What will help you succeed: Understanding about contract management Experience in solution selling in electricity market and industry is preferred Educated Electrical engineer with 5 years experience in technical solution sales is preferred Ability to manage negotiations at C-level Good collaboration and relationship building skills Strong customer focus, results-oriented, with a great drive Proactive, outgoing, structured, and analytical Excellent communication skills Finnish and English language skills at negotiation level Existing contacts within Finnish utility and power generation companies is highly valued What do we offer: At Schneider Electric, we are committed to fostering a vibrant and inclusive work culture where every employee is empowered to thrive.
