ServiceNow Architect

We are looking for an experienced **ServiceNow Architect** to design, develop and optimize our ServiceNow platform across new and existing implementations. You will ensure the platform is secure, scalable and aligned with business needs while acting as a key link between technical teams, management and suppliers. **Key responsibilities** - Lead the design, development, configuration, support and administration of ServiceNow - Collaborate and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, custom applications and integrations - Define and improve ServiceNow ITIL processes and CMDB practices - Manage upgrades, cloning, platform performance, security and continuous improvement - Monitor service performance, user satisfaction and operational metrics - Manage subscriptions, supplier collaboration, budgets and forecasts - Drive standardization, automation and innovation through proofs of concept and digital transformation initiatives **What we are looking for** - At least five years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow scripting. - Proven experience designing multi-system solutions and integrations, with strong knowledge of architecture, performance and security. - Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM and CSM, license management and contract compliance. - ServiceNow certifications are preferred. - A collaborative and social approach, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
