Job Description

The role requires a Master of Laws and at least 2 years' relevant experience with exposure to patent licensing and IPR. Strong negotiation, presentation, project management and analytical skills are required, along with fluent written and spoken English and willingness to travel. The team you'll be part of The patent licensing team within Nokia Technologies licenses Nokia's global patent portfolios, runs the patent licensing programs and supporting functions, is responsible for contract management and licensee compliance. We are continuously looking for junior lawyers to join our team. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN What you will learn and contribute to As part of our team, you will: Support Nokia's patent licensing programs and participate in patent license negotiations. Support organization in achieving business goals and targets and contribute to shaping its future. Learn how to manage and lead patent license negotiations from start to finish. KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You have: 2+ years of relevant work experience. Experience and earlier exposure to patent licensing and IPR is considered a must. University degree: Master of Laws. Good negotiation, influencing and presentation skills as well as a team player mindset. Project management skills, and determination to see things through to completion. Able to work with high degree of independence within agreed targets. Ability to think and act creatively in order to develop and apply new innovative approaches to complex problems. Analytical skills and understanding of financial analyses Willingness to travel and to work under pressure.
