Tiivistelmä työpaikkailmoituksesta: The Community Engagement Specialist will act as liaison between the customer, general contractors, neighbours, and local stakeholders for datacenter projects in Espoo. Responsibilities include regular site visits to assess community impacts, managing feedback, preparing weekly updates, monitoring and documenting issues, and participating in project meetings. The role requires experience in infrastructure or construction, strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, the ability to monitor and escalate issues, fluency in Finnish, and strong professional English. This is a fixed-term position starting October 2026 for 12 months with possible extension, based in Espoo and employed by Adecco, and applicants must submit an English cover letter and salary request by 6/9/2026. Tasks and job description Serve as liaison between general contractors, neighbours and stakeholders Act as a day-to-day bridge between the customer, its general contractors, and the local community Visiting construction sites and surrounding areas on a regular basis and assessing potential community impacts Maintaining regular contact with neighbours and local stakeholders as construction progresses Participating in relevant project meetings Managing community feedback Preparing weekly updates Monitoring, documenting, coordinating Qualifications and Experience Strong local presence, stakeholder management capability, and disciplined execution Experience in infrastructure development and/or construction Experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, or a related external-facing role Strong ability to build trusted relationships with local stakeholders, including neighbours, municipalities, partners, and contractors Ability to monitor, document, and escalate issues Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluency in Finnish mandatory, and strong professional English language skills Start: October 2026 End: 12 months + potential extension Location: Espoo + surroundings What next?
