Your role As Head of EHSQ, you will lead the development and implementation of the EHSQ strategy across the SBA Buildings business area. You will ensure that safety, quality, environmental performance, compliance and risk management support business objectives, customer expectations and sustainable growth. This role combines strategic leadership with practical implementation. You will work closely with business leadership, site management and Group-level stakeholders, while helping to establish consistent EHSQ practices across the organization. Key areas of responsibility include: Leading the EHSQ strategy, governance model and development roadmap for SBA Buildings Driving safety culture, quality performance and environmental responsibility across the business Supporting business leadership through risk-based decision-making and performance management Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and certified management systems Leading audit readiness, certification processes and customer quality activities Developing EHSQ capabilities, organizational structures and ways of working Driving continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance and customer satisfaction Building a consistent EHSQ approach across sites, functions and countries.
