Snowflake Analyst

Snowflake Analyst: Start Date: As soon as possible Location: Helsinki (Finland) or Stockholm (Sweden) – Hybrid work (60% in the office) Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Analyst to be responsible for detailing selected IT solution requirements and collaborating with architects and business counterparts to deliver high-value customer solutions. In this role, you will build a solid understanding of the business domain alongside the data and systems supporting it. Key Responsibilities: - Requirements Management & Data Analysis: Elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements, acting as a bridge between business and IT. Extract, analyze, visualize, and interpret data from various sources to inform requirements analysis, solution design, and data mapping. Perform gap analyses between as-is and to-be solutions. - Solution Design: Analyze and contribute to IT solution design, documenting data flows and describing to-be solutions in text. - Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Participate in team ceremonies, manage stakeholders for organizational alignment, and drive personal and team-level continuous learning. Requirements & Qualifications: - Core Technical Skills: Snowflake, Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Solution Design. - Languages: Advanced English language skills. - Artifacts & Deliverables: Documented solution requirements with acceptance criteria, described "to-be" IT solutions, and detailed solution design documents.
