Your tasks You'll work hands-on in assembly, making sure every component meets the high standards Bluefors is known for. Assemble electronics, vacuum, and pneumatic components according to work instructions Perform soldering work with care and accuracy Test assembled components and verify they meet quality requirements Identify and report any deviations or quality issues Collaborate with your team and communicate in English day to day We expect from you Previous background in assembly work Technical education or vocational training in a relevant field Good English skills, Finnish language skill is optional A proactive, take-charge attitude - you take the initiative Genuine understanding of why quality matters and how it shows in your work Curiosity and a genuine appetite for learning new things Previous soldering experience is an advance Chosen candidates will be employed by Barona Teollisuus Oy for fixed-term contract till 31.12.2026. You will be working 40 hours per week from Monday till Friday. The work is mainly done in a day shift, but it's estimated that work in 2-shift model starts in an upcoming autumn. Interested?
