Contract Engineer

We are looking for CONTRACT ENGINEERS to work on industrial projects in Vantaa and Mäntsälä. The work will start as soon as suitable candidates are found, and the estimated project duration is approximately 12–24 months. Your responsibilities include: - Monitoring the contractors activities and contractual compliance as part of the clients project organization - Monitoring project contractual obligations, deliverables, and deadlines - Supporting the handling of contract changes, deviations, and claims - Identifying and monitoring risks related to contractor performance - Cooperating with project management, contractors, and other project stakeholders - Monitoring and reporting on contractual matters and agreed actions We expect you to have: - Experience in similar roles in industrial projects - Experience in project contract management and working with contractors - Knowledge of international contracting practices and FIDIC conditions of contract - Understanding of project risk management and safety matters - Good English language skills - Good IT skills CMS arranges accommodation and travel arrangements when agreed.
