Key responsibilities include planning production and blending, acting as the focal point for supply chain communication, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and participating in chain-specific development projects. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree, at least 3 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, scheduling or oil refining, knowledge of oil and gas product properties, and strong English communication skills. We are looking for you, Supply Chain Planner to our Supply Chain Steering team in Espoo. Our team provides end to end steering for the whole supply chain, from raw material supply to sales to customers, including inventory management. We belong to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) unit, which steers, plans and optimizes short and medium term operations of the supply chain to ensure maximal operating margin, customer delivery performance, optimal inventory levels and reliability & flexibility of operations. More about the job Your role in our team In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and steering one of the supply chains. Your main responsibilities include: Planning production and blending together with stakeholders and team Act as focal point of the information and communication regarding the supply chain topics Collaborating widely within internally and externally with the various stakeholder groups Steer business decisions and optimize product portfolio value in the business horizon Participating in chain specific internal development projects You will work closely with other supply chains, refinery scheduling, commercial operations and trading. The best combination to succeed in this role The best combination of experiences, skills and background is Bachelor or master’s level degree in a relevant field Min 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, scheduling or oil refining industry Knowledge about oil and gas product properties Passion for understanding the earnings logic of oil refining business Good written and verbal English skills, Finnish is an advantage. Willingness and creativity to develop new ways of working.
