Head of Circular Business Consumables

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of commercial circular economy solutions that create value for our customers and Metso. By designing and scaling innovative recycling and material recovery business models, you will help reduce waste, lower CO₂ emissions, and contribute to our sustainability ambitions while driving business growth. This role is preferred to be based in North or South America, with flexible working arrangements available, however we are open to considering global candidates within a commutable distance of a Metso location. This role includes regional and international travel to support customers, partners, market areas, and business initiatives globally. What you'll do Lead the development and execution of circular business models across regions and business segments. Identify and evaluate opportunities to recover, recycle, and reuse materials within customer operations and Metso's value chain. Collaborate with customers, market areas, and internal stakeholders to develop commercially viable circular economy solutions. Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans for circular business initiatives. Build and maintain partnerships with recycling organizations, logistics providers, and other external stakeholders. Work closely with supply chain and operational teams to establish the infrastructure and processes required to scale circular business offerings. Train, coach, and support market area teams in promoting and executing circular business programs. Develop metrics, reporting capabilities, and performance indicators to measure business and sustainability outcomes.
