You will own the data product roadmap and backlog, translate business needs into prioritized data requirements, and ensure products follow data management and information architecture principles. The role requires 5+ years in information architecture and data modelling, strong data management knowledge, experience with data platforms and engineering teams, and fluency in English, with S&OP domain experience considered beneficial. If you're excited about creating tangible business value, driving change, and developing yourself along the way, I'd be happy to welcome you to the team.” — Jukka Laitinen, Director, IT Data & Digital Enablement What you will do Own and drive the data product vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned domains Translating business needs into well-defined, prioritized data product requirements Ensure data products are designed according to data management and information architecture principles Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and governance teams to deliver high-value data assets Ensure alignment with enterprise data models, metadata standards, and architecture guidelines Drive data quality, consistency, and lifecycle management across data products Promote reuse, standardisation, and interoperability across domains Contribute to UPM data governance and information management In this role, you will design and drive the development of high-quality, reusable data products that support business operations, analytics, and AI use cases. You ensure that data is structured, governed, and delivered in a way that enables scalability, reusability and long-term value. Who you are You have 5+ years of experience in Information Architecture and data modelling You possess a strong understanding of data management principles, including data modelling, metadata, master data, and data quality You have solid understanding of information architecture and enterprise data frameworks You have experience working with data platforms, data engineering teams, and analytics solutions Experience in Sales or Operations Planning domains is beneficial You demonstrate strong communication skills and can translate business needs into data requirements You are fluent in English, both spoken and written This is what we offer to you A meaningful job: We have an inspiring purpose “We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
