**Join Our Team: Project Quality Engineer (PQE)** Nanocomp is a global leader in advanced photonic solutions, specializing in the design and manufacturing of micro- and nanostructured optical components. As we continue to grow, we are increasing our quality resources and looking for **Project Quality Engineer (PQE)** to join our innovative team. **Your Responsibilities** - Customer QA (Quality Assurance) communication interface throughout project execution - Creation, implementation and communication of Project QA plans and documentation to all stakeholders - Support for on-site manufacturing activities for allocated projects, e.g. for cosmetic quality - Control of non-conformities and customer claims - Failure analyze of defects - Collect, analyze & report quality performance data - Participate in creating product specifications **What Were Looking For** - Previous experience in industrial quality assurance role - BSc /MSc degree in Optical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) - At least 2 years of experience in quality engineering and mass production manufacturing - Experience in working in the customer interface and project environment - Ablility to understand technical documentation, specifications & drawings - Good English language skills (both spoken and written) - Willingness to travel occasionally - Continuous improvement mindset **Salary** The salary range for this position is 3600 – 4100 € per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. **Why Nanocomp?** At Nanocomp, youll join a dynamic and growing team at the forefront of photonics technology.
