Role Description This full-time, on-site Electrical testing role is based in Helsinki and focuses on ensuring electrical systems are installed, tested, and commissioned to required specifications and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing electrical testing procedures, verifying system performance, and documenting commissioning results. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in LV installations, collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, and client representatives to resolve technical challenges. The Electrical Tester will review IFC drawings and technical documentation, support quality, and safety compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement of L2 and L3 commissioning processes. The position requires hands-on work in the field, clear communication, and a strong commitment to safety and reliability.   Qualifications   - Strong foundation in Electrical Testing, including knowledge of LV systems and ELV systems. - Practical experience with Electrical Testing and Testing procedures for installation, verification, and performance validation. - Previous experience in electrical testing at both L2 and L3 commissioning stages on data centre projects. - Proficient Troubleshooting skills for identifying, analysing, and resolving electrical and control system issues. - Relevant technical degree or an Electrical apprenticeship qualification. - Familiarity with safety regulations, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes on construction or industrial sites. - Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and contractors. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines on a hyperscale Data Cente. - Experience using Fluke and Megger electrical test instruments. - Knowledge of LOTO and permit-to-work systems. - Ability to accurately complete test sheets, redlines, identify and record all defects requiring rectification. - Previous experience in QAQC inspections within data centre projects is advantageous. - City & Guilds 2407 or 2391-52 inspection, Testing and Verification is essential!   Must be fluent in English
