About the Role:
We are seeking a CSA Site Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing the construction, installation, and maintenance of projects in accordance with Company Safety and Assurance (CSA) standards. This role ensures that all site operations comply with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks, acting as a liaison between field teams, project managers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on site
- Ensure construction follows drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Monitor daily site progress, manpower, and subcontractor activities
- Coordinate with MEP teams, consultants, and project management
- Conduct site inspections and maintain QA/QC documentation
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Resolve technical and construction issues on site
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet project requirements
- Support scheduling, planning, and milestone tracking
- Maintain compliance with HSE procedures and safe work practices
