The role requires strong leadership and operational management experience in hospitality, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, financial acumen, and fluency in English and Finnish. This is a permanent full-time position based in Helsinki with a 37.5-hour workweek (Monday to Friday) and occasional weekend or schedule adjustments. Lear more about PwC Your responsibilities: Lead the delivery of exceptional hospitality services, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience Oversee the day-to-day delivery of hospitality services, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations across all service areas. Manage the on-site contract and all services to the agreed standards, ensuring that deadlines and targets are achieved Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of hospitality spaces, including meeting rooms, conference facilities, event venues etc. Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, procedures, and service standards. Maximise the profitability of the contract and manage costs effectively Serve as the main point of contact between the client and Sodexo Ensure that statutory requirements and company policies and procedures are followed and deadlines are met Build long-term relationships with client(s that add value and are based on mutual trust Lead, develop, manage and motivate a high performing team to the agreed standards ensuring that the client receives services of the highest quality What we wish for: Bachelor’s degree in service/ hospitality management or other applicable field Previous experience of operational management in a similar international environment Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-site teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Client savvy. Passion for service and client experience Goal oriented and able to identify growth opportunities Manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities in a high paced working environment Ability to interpret and utilise financial and commercial information Achieve set standards and operate to performance criteria; for example health and safety, hygiene Positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate Self motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment Excellent IT-skills Fluency in English and Finnish is essential in this role (both written and spoken) , other languages are considered as an advantage.
