Job Description
Company Overview
Dubs is building the infrastructure for next-generation city logistics. We are looking for motivated graduate students to complete their thesis in collaboration with the Dubs team – working on a real challenge at the intersection of software, operations, and urban mobility. Your topic is shaped together with you. Come with a rough direction and we will help make it real.
Role Summary
We are looking for a full-stack engineer with strong AI instincts to help us build it — someone who thinks in systems, ships fast, and cares about what the software actually does in the world. This is a high-ownership role; you will work directly with the founders and have meaningful input on architecture from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Build full-stack features across DubOS, from fleet coordination APIs to the operational dashboards our team relies on every day.
- Design and implement AI-powered components including agent tools, agentic infrastructure, anomaly detection, and data pipelines.
- Build and maintain integrations with ERP systems, carrier APIs, and third-party logistics platforms used by enterprise clients.
- Own infrastructure reliability, observability, and scalability as we expand across cities.
Required Qualifications
Strong full-stack experience; we use TypeScript, Python, and React but care more about fundamentals than stack.
- Team player. People skills over technical skills.
- 3+ years of hands-on programming experience
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs or ML models in production environments.
- Comfort with distributed systems, APIs, and data-heavy architectures.
- Product sense – you think about the user, not just the ticket.
- Experience in logistics, mobility, or operational software is a plus.
Compensation
4 000 – 6 000€ / month + equity.
