You will have a great influence on our further development in the Baltic region, and you will work in areas such as zero emissions, world goals, safety, CSR, and the environment based on our long-term green strategy. You work from your home office, and your time is equally spent talking to your customers and the Finnish sales organization. For this role, travel days will be expected, as well as visits to Copenhagen during onboarding, for customer visits booked in the Copenhagen office, as well as our yearly Nordic Conference in week 32, where we gather all our employees from the Nordics and the Baltics. Take charge of the entire sales process and develop the market with new customers! You work at the strategic level where you negotiate, demonstrate and sell our range of specific power tools and accessories to both new and existing B2B customers – from the sustainability specialist to the workers on the construction site. In addition, you will have the primary responsibility for planning and following up several exciting sales activities at our dealers, in support with our Account Managers. This means that you: - direct and implement MILWAUKEE®'s campaign activities. - maintain and develop existing customer relationships in collaboration with KAMs. - follow up on leads for new business opportunities daily and update our CRM system. - collaborate closely with marketing and product teams regarding customer needs and market trends.
