Embedded Engineer

We are now looking for several experienced Embedded Engineers to join our partner companies' teams. YOUR ROLE As an Embedded Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize software for embedded Linux systems in the defence sector. The focus is on high-level embedded development, so you will work mainly with modern C++ on top of the Linux platform and spend little time on low-level firmware or driver work. You will build reliable, efficient software that integrates smoothly with hardware and meets real-time performance needs. Knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP) is a clear advantage. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology. MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in C++ (v11 onwards) development Working knowledge of embedded Linux 5+ years of experience in high-level embedded engineering GOOD-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS (PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY) Testing experience from embedded environment Understanding of agile software development principles Experience with Yocto Relevant technical degree Experience in defence sector Excellent proficiency in both Finnish and English Strong collaboration and communication skills WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?
