Construction Labourer (Data Centre Project)

**Location:** Lohja, Finland **Position:** Construction Labourer **Industry:** Construction / Data Centres **Job Description** We are looking for experienced and reliable Construction Labourers to join our team on a large-scale data centre construction project in Finland. Our company maintains **very high standards of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)**, and the safety and wellbeing of everyone on site is our top priority. The successful candidate must have previous experience working on data centre construction projects and demonstrate a strong understanding of site safety procedures. **Key Requirements** - **Previous experience working on data centre construction projects is essential.** - Previous experience as a Construction Labourer on large-scale construction projects. - A strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety requirements and the ability to follow site safety procedures at all times. - **Good communication skills in English and/or Albanian are highly desirable**, as these are the main languages used on site, including during daily morning briefings and safety instructions. - Candidates must be able to fully understand and follow all health and safety instructions communicated on site. - Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team. - Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining a safe working environment. **Health & Safety Requirements** Our company operates under strict Occupational Health & Safety standards.
