Regional Account Manager - Helsinki, Finland We are partnering with our client, a leading player in the aerospace sector, to appoint a Regional Account Manager to drive growth across Finland and the Baltics. This permanent position is an excellent opportunity to join our client's team, taking ownership of key regional customers, growing existing accounts and developing new business while collaborating closely with business development and marketing colleagues. About the Role In this role, you will develop and execute local strategies across Finland and the Baltics, manage commercially important accounts in the aerospace and defence space, and travel across the region to build long-term relationships and identify new opportunities. Key Skills & Experience Aerospace expertise: Understanding of aerospace and defence markets to engage credibly with technical and commercial stakeholders. Sales: Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic selling, pipeline management and closing opportunities. Account Management: Experience managing and expanding key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Key Account Management: Skilled in handling major customers with complex requirements and multi-site stakeholders. Regional focus (Finland & Baltics): Familiarity with the local business environment and willingness to travel across the region. Commercial experience (5+ years): Solid background in commercial roles, enabling sound negotiation and contract discussions. Fluent English: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and international clients. Interested?
