E&I Site Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced E&I Site Superintendent for a large-scale hydrogen project in Germany. You will lead electrical and instrumentation site activities, guide the electrical and I&C supervisors and the quality inspector, and make sure contractors deliver safely, with high quality and on schedule. **Responsibilities** - Lead site execution of electrical and instrumentation works - Direct and support electrical and I&C supervisors and the quality inspector - Oversee contractors: schedule, quality, safety and change management - Review contractor method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs) and documentation - Coordinate interfaces between electrical, instrumentation, automation and other disciplines - Supervise mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and handover - Report to site management and the owner, and enforce site safety requirements **Requirements** - Extensive experience supervising electrical and instrumentation installations on large industrial or energy projects - Experience leading supervisors and contractors (superintendent, site manager or equivalent role) - Excellent command of English - Solid understanding of electrical, instrumentation and automation work and the commissioning process - Independent, systematic and safety-focused way of working - Willingness to work abroad for approximately 12 months **Advantages** - German language skills - Experience from hydrogen, chemical, oil & gas or other hazardous-area (ATEX) environments - Experience from EPCM or international projects - Experience with high-voltage and power systems **We offer** - An interesting and demanding role on an international hydrogen project - Competitive pay - Accommodation, relocation services and support with the move Location: Germany Start: as soon as possible, negotiable Duration: approximately 12 months CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy provides experienced professionals for industrial construction and investment projects in Finland and internationally.
