Support Engineer, Cimcorp, Ulvila

About the role As a Support Engineer at Cimcorp, you will step into the heart of modern logistic automation system and work closely with warehouse management and manufacturing execution platform. For the beginning, you will build deep system knowledge side by side with a designated senior mentor, investigating Java- and Oracle-based environments and solving issues that arise from live production sites. Over time, you will ramp up to participate in the team's 24/7 on-call support rotation, serving as a key technical support for global enterprise clients. We are looking for a person who has excellent technical understanding in Java- and Oracle-based systems and also high motivation to learn new things and develop as a professional.
